Edward Starr
Mr. Starr is the retired CEO of BBN Technologies, an internationally respected technology company since its founding in 1948. BBN implemented the ARPANET with packet-switched technology in 1970, which became the prototype for the Internet. BBN has been the recipient of the Institute for Electronics and Electrical Engineers (IEEE) Innovation Award.
