Robert Sobolewski (Regional Chairman Award)
Robert Sobolewski is President of ebm-papst, a leading supplier of fans and blowers. Bob oversees a workforce of 600 employees dispersed throughout twenty national and international locations, including the corporate offices, which are located in Farmington, Connecticut. He recently directed the start up of a new facility in Europe. A graduate of Fairfield University, he has been recognized for his support of educational programs - specifically those that bring schools and the workplace closer together. His professional achievements include being a member of the Board of Directors of several companies and a constituent for numerous trade organizations.
